External Property Maintenance

You should therefore keep the outdoors of your property looking it’s best with regular cleaning and maintenance. Neglected buildings are less appealing to customers and tenants, you can rely on our team of professionals to carry out on-site property repair and property maintenance services to give your building a makeover.

Our minimum handyman booking is for just 1 hour.

All charges are unit cost per tradesmen

1 hour minimum job for handyman
1 hour job minimum for plumber/electrician/locksmith
1 hour minimum for “Early bird” slot 7am till 8am
Please note that for an early bird slot, we cannot undertake work that is likely to cause noise nuisance to neighbours.

Parking is charged at cost where applicable
Congestion is charged where applicable
Materials are charged at 25% mark-up sauce in time for materials is charge at a flat rate of £20 plus VAT where applicable.

If we arrive and are unable to carry out the work through no fault of our own, the minimum charge applicable to the booking will be applied. for fixed-rate bookings, however, a booked scheduled after 6pm on a weekday or any time on a Saturday or Sunday.

Rescheduling/cancellation policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed booking, please give us 48 hours notice to avoid a late note this charge of £20 plus VAT
